It is a modern day requirement to have an accessible broadband connection throughout your home for home working, streaming devices and wireless connectivity. However not all homes have an infrastructure in place to get the best

coverage from their installed broadband connection.

 

Ashford Vision’s data cable & telephone engineer service is aimed at both residential & business customers, and we can offer a solution in most cases.

 

A service call from Ashford Vision is charged at £70 (+ parts if required), this includes internal fault diagnosis, repair and up to 1 hour of professional attendance.

Most faults can be fixed within 1 hour, but if additional time is required, this is charged at £10 per ¼ hour. This pricing is the same for new installations.

 

There is no VAT to add to our prices, and we are fully insured to work in

residential, commercial and business premises.
